How do I install updates?

The great news is, you don't - any and all updates are automatically rolled out over the cloud so your software will always be up to date - no installs needed... ever!
Could I lose my data?

How much is it?

This is a very good question - we know that we have the best software solution out there for pat testers, but we are also aware that we are a new company. So... we pledge firstly to remain more cost effective than all of our competitors, but also, to reward those who take the leap of faith with us and sign up early. Our final price goal is £249 and that's for a lifetime licence with free updates forever. BUT, we are scaling up to that cost ... we started off at a much lower cost, and have been gradually scaling up as demand increases. Right now a licence costs just £186.75 though this will increase over time as demand continues to increase. The key thing is that you only ever pay for the product once!
What about support?

We are glad you asked. Forget phone calls, emails and lengthy waits for help - you can get to our support team right from within Pat Connect itself. Whether its help needed, or an idea you have, or something you are having trouble with - you can hit the support button from within the software which takes you straight through to our friendly support team who are there to help you.
How can I get the fastest support?

When it comes to technical help the very best thing you can do is upload a video or screen shot to our support team - this will enable our team to get to work right away.
How does the calendar work?

When you complete a Pat Testing report, Pat Connect looks at the expiry date, and from there marks it in your calendar and making it very much a self managing system . It also tracks whether or not you have rebooked each client in, and emails you to remind you if they haven't, saving you time and administration.
What machines will this work with?

ANYTHING that allows you to download data! Literally anything. Even if your machine is one that we haven't worked with before, we can generally have a data file from any machine analysed so that compatibility can be achieved within 1 working day.
Where did the idea for Pat Connect come from?

As Pat testers, we got fed up with the lack of operating system and machine compatibility from the other solutions. The limitations of software having to be installed, and the lack of regular updates to cater for ever changing requirements, created the need for this solution. We saw a gap in the market! Existing market leading software just hasn't been actively updated for many years, and what started as a solution to help ourselves, has naturally evolved into a solution for all modern Pat Testers.
